overtime!

its already 7:00 pm and im still here in Makati, experiencing how it was to be in an Advertising world,
The company was named Workshop One, and im here as an intern.
We are still waiting for our turn to present the diabetes advocacy campaign(our first assignment as part of the creatives team). They dont treat us here as an on-the-job trainees, but also as one of them.
the cool part of it is that we had learned a lot, and we will still learn so many things from them.

At first i thought this is just an easy "work." being creative is a talent,(that's why im finding it hard to be one of them.haha). i find this work very fun and CHALLENGING! these people here are very nice, yes! even our bosses.
we were just like friends here, no pressures at all.
if they're gonna have their creative briefing, internals, brainstorming, pitch, client presentation, recording, shooting, etc we will be going with them. in whatever they do we are always a part of it. and we are not exempted from giving out our ideas, from thinking of a concept for the advertisements.
and the good part in advertising is that we dont need to wear business attires. they also have an open time here, we can even stay here for overnight, the advantage of it is that we can early finish the 240 hours requirement for our ojt.
